Wild ox cops seen pushing man to ground are charged
Two suspended Buffalo cops were accused of second-degree ambush Saturday in the midst of objection over video demonstrating officials pushing a 75-year-elderly person to the ground, as per Erie County District Attorney John Flynn in a news meeting Saturday.
Officials Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalski argued not liable to the chargesand were normal back in court July 20 for a lawful offense hearing, as indicated by Flynn’s office.
Every one of the 57 of the individuals from the Buffalo Police Department’s Emergency Response Team left the unit Friday after the two officials were suspended. The unit individuals have not stopped the police office, yet have ventured down from the strategic unit.
